Graduate work experience and apprenticeships ‘supported by employers’

University leavers who take extra training in the form of graduate work experience or apprenticeships are more likely to be offered permanent work, according to the National Apprenticeship Survey.

Employers are increasingly recognising the benefits that an apprenticeships programme can offer their business, Josie Perry, marketing and communications director at the NAS has said.
