There are three Chartered Management Institute qualifications at level 2 CMI qualifications, the Award, Certificate and Diploma in Team Leading. These qualifications are designed for practising or aspiring team leaders who wish to develop their management skills and knowledge and attain a solid foundation from which to progress.
Students must choose from a selection of units available and make up a minimum of 5 credits to achieve the award.
