Certificate in Team Leading
CMI Level 2 (Certificate)
There are three Chartered Management Institute qualifications at level 2, the Award, Certificate and Diploma in Team Leading. These qualifications are designed for practising or aspiring team leaders who wish to develop their management skills and knowledge and attain a solid foundation from which to progress.

Students must choose from a selection of units available and make up a minimum of 15 credits to achieve the certificate.

Units

Compulsory
A minimum of fifteen credits is required to complete the course
The CMI Level 2 qualification is designed for practising or aspiring team leaders who wish to develop their team leading skills and knowledge.

Choose from any of the units listed below from either group A or group B to make up 15 credits.

The 'Certificate' is a more extensive qualification which allows you to broaden your knowledge of team leading skills whilst still maintaining the flexibility to focus on the specific leadership areas appropriate to you and your workplace.
