Diploma in Team Leading
CMI Level 2 (Diploma)
There are three Chartered Management Institute qualifications at level 2, the Award, Certificate and Diploma in Team Leading. These qualifications are designed for practising or aspiring team leaders who wish to develop their management skills and knowledge and attain a solid foundation from which to progress.

Students must complete all units from Group A combined with an optional unit from Group B and make up a minimum of 38 credits to achieve the diploma.

Units

Compulsory
A minimum of thirty-eight credits is required to complete the course
The CMI Level 2 qualification is designed for practising or aspiring team leaders who wish to develop their team leading skills and knowledge.

All of the units listed as A need to be completed along with 1 optional unit from B.
