Diploma in First-Line Management
CMI Level 3 (Diploma)
There are three Chartered Management Institute qualifications at level 3, the Award, Certificate and Diploma in First Line Management. These qualifications are designed for practising or aspiring first line managers who wish to develop their management skills and knowledge and attain a solid foundation from which to progress.

Students must complete all units from Group A combined with two optional units from Group B and make up a minimum of 42 credits to achieve the diploma.

Units

Compulsory
A minimum of forty-two credits is required to complete the course
The CMI Level 3 qualification is designed for supervisors and first line managers, or those who aspire to those positions, who wish to build their existing management skills and knowledge.

All of the units listed as A need to be completed along with 2 optional units from B
