Award in First Line Management
ILM Level 3 (Award)
The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 3 Award in First Line Management is a qualification that has been specifically designed to give practising or aspiring first line managers a solid foundation in their formal development as a manager.

The compulsory unit of solving problems and making decisions is a key generic skill required of all team-leaders, as is the ability to manage within changing environments. Finally, the people management skills (such as coaching skills or performance management skills) directly impact on the influence you can have on your team and their collective and individual performance.

The Award is made up of compulsory and optional units that total 5 credits
You must complete the Compulsory unit and then add another 3 credits from the Optional units listed below to make up 5 credits
