Diploma in Management
ILM Level 5 (Diploma)
The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 5 Diploma in Management is a qualification that has been specially designed to give practising or aspiring middle managers a solid foundation in their formal development in this role.

The compulsory unit examines organisational structure and function, the roles and responsibilities of middle managers and the effect of communication and interpersonal skills on managerial performance. The programmes includes the critical skills of making a financial case (justification), and will explore the reality of theory against practice as well as creative skills in order to provide innovative solutions to your organisation.

The Diploma is made up of compulsory and optional units that total 45 credits
You must complete the Compulsory units and then add another 22 credits from the Optional units listed below to make up 45 credits
