Recruitment and Selection
The Recruitment and Selection course is designed to give you the tools and knowledge needed to recruit new members of staff at work.
The course looks at the recruitment process as a whole from identifying and advertising vacancies through to the interview process, and explains the purpose of documents such as person specifications and job descriptions as well as interview and questioning techniques.
At the end of the course, you will be able to confidently advertise for, interview and recruit new employees in the workplace.
This is an online course and takes between 6-10 hours to complete.
