This course is designed to teach you the procedures for handling disciplinary and grievance issues sensitively in the workplace.
The course introduces common workplace procedures for disciplinary and grievance issues, and teaches the stages in the disciplinary process including informal discussion, counselling, mediation, warnings, suspension and disciplinary hearings.
At the end of the course, you will understand employers' and employees' statutory rights and responsibilities under employment law, and will know how to apply workplace procedures effectively.
