How does the course work?
Study Time:
You can study at a pace to suit you. Your tutor will create a timetable for you, and will set you work and assignments to complete each week.
If you can spend around 3 hours a week studying, you should be able to complete the course in 30 months. If you can spend more time studying than that, you could fast-track and complete the course faster.
Course Structure:
You will complete one compulsory Management Unit, one Elective Unit (from a choice of three), and then two Optional Units (from a choice of 11).
Assessments
You will sit a mixture of examinations and written assignments. CILT examinations can be sat at the workplace, at Distance Learning College or in the CILT head office in Corby.
Qualification Received:
You will receive the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Level 5 Professional Diploma in Logistics and Transport.
