Award/Certificate/Diploma in First Line Management

The Chartered Management Institute Level 3 in First Line Management is designed for new or aspiring supervisors or first line managers. The CMI Level 3 gives new first line managers a solid foundation on which to progress in their careers and in their formal leadership development, providing an excellent basis from which to progress to higher level CMI management courses.

There are three Chartered Management Institute qualifications at Level 3; the Award, Certificate and Diploma in First Line Management.

I would gladly use Distance Learning College again and would ask my staff to use them as well if they wanted to better themselves.
