Award/Certificate/Diploma in Management and Leadership

The CMI Level 5 qualifications in management are designed for practising middle managers who wish to develop their core management skills and practices. These qualifications focus on the personal development of the individual student's management capabilities and competencies. The CMI Level 5 gives new middle managers a solid foundation from which to progress in their careers and in their formal leadership development.

There are three Chartered Management Institute qualifications at Level 5; the Award, Certificate and Diploma in Management and Leadership.

The Tutors are very helpful and always make constructive remarks on the coursework. They also recommend extra reading material to help my understanding.
