Award/Certificate/Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership
The CMI Level 7 Award gives senior managers a solid foundation from which to progress in their careers and in their formal leadership development. These qualifications are designed for practising or aspiring senior managers who wish to develop their strategic management skills and knowledge. These qualifications require directors and senior managers to build on their skills in strategic management and leadership and to focus on the requirements of inter-organisational strategy.
There are three Chartered Management Institute senior management qualifications at Level 7; the Award, Certificate and Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management.
Distance Learning College material is comprehensive but easy to understand. My tutor has a great deal of knowledge and is able to convey this in a digestible format making it easy to learn.

How does the course work?
Study Time:
You can study at a pace to suit you. Your tutor will create a timetable for you, and will set you work and assignments to complete each week.
If you can spend around 3 hours a week studying, you should be able to complete the course in 6 months for the Award, 18 months for the Certificate or 30 months for the Diploma. If you can spend more time studying than that, you could fast-track and complete the course faster.
Course Structure:
You must complete any of the units below to make up at least 6 credits to gain the Award, or 13 credits to gain the Certificate. To gain the Diploma, you must complete all of the units in Group A along with 3 optional units from Group B.
Assessments
Assessment is normally via practical work-based assignments.
Qualification Received:
You will receive the Chartered Management Institute Level 7 Award, Certificate or Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.
