Award/Certificate in Team Leading

It is often difficult to make the transition from being part of a team, to leading a team. The ILM Level 2 is an introductory team leading course designed to give students a knowledge of the various roles, functions and responsibilities of a team leader. The course also offers optional units, which students can choose from to tailor the course to their specific needs and career aspirations.

There are two Institute of Leadership and Management team leader qualifications at Level 2; the Award and Certificate in Team Leading.

I've found the course relevant to my work and my tutor to be very helpful and supportive. I lacked confidence to begin with and he has given me every encouragement.
