The Understanding Team Motivation course helps you to use theories of motivation to improve the performance of individuals and teams at work.
The course will teach you about the things that motivate different people, and help you to understand the way motivating factors can be used effectively in the workplace.
At the end of the course, you will have an increased understanding of what motivates people to perform, and will have a range of tools and techniques to help increase the motivation and performance of your team.
