Problem Solving in the Workplace
Our Problem Solving in the Workplace course helps you to approach problems methodically to find solutions.
The course gives you a structured framework for problem solving, and introduces a wide range of different tools and techniques for identifying problems, collecting data and selecting and implementing solutions.
On completing the course, you will be able to approach the problem solving process confidently and use a range of techniques to find effective solutions.
This is an online course and takes between 6-10 hours to complete.
