IoSCM Level 5 Extended Diploma in Management and Leadership

The IoSCM Level 5 Extended Diploma in Management and Leadership was designed to develop middle managers in industrial sectors. You’ll study mandatory, leadership-focused units through which you’ll discover why management is a key function within an organisation. Learners will explore the process by which people and/or functions are monitored, controlled and developed as the organisational need requires. As such, this course will examine the principles of leadership and management and how they can be implemented.
